Microblading fades after about 6 months so you have to be prepared to do continued touchups.
On Insta BespokeBrowsByAnn. Ann Nguyen operates out of Ormond, Vic. She does eyebrow tatts. Bear in mind the brows look dark as the photos are taken straight afterwards.View attachment 5237569

Yeah I really want microblading done. Im going to do a forehead/ endoscopic brow lift. So post surgery I want to make my brows fuller. The upper portion of my brows have thinned a bit due to age -_-.

I def do not want to do hotel qurantine in seoul. I did it in oz and it was so awful. I felt trapped for the whole 2 weeks and they served me frozen curry every meal every day -_- I can just imagine in korea id be forced to eat kim chi daily in an even more tiny broom closet since the rooms tend to be more compact in korea.

hmmm but when it becomes blotchy can it be covered up with eyeshadow easily?
Yepp, super easy. When I do a full face makeup, I use eyebrow powder to fill in the blotchy middle parts while I use eyebrow pencil for the outline. But on no makeup days, I leave it, it’s not too noticeable.

but if I were less lazy, I would do the Korean style because the eyebrows look a bit too “much” when I don’t have makeup on. I just didn’t wanna spend money and effort every 6 months (where I live, the 2 styles cost exactly the same).

ah i see. im totally getting it done then. What is the korean style you are talking about? I tend to do my brows like old school kim k. Not the fluffy method, i look like an owl with fluffy brows lol. But my make up can look too strong by asian standards, but is quite common for western standard

Sorry, I meant the Korean technique.

There's 2 techniques, any style can be achieved with the 2 techniques but I was recommended by the microblading artist NOT to get the trendy straight eyebrow, but one that is proportional to my facial features and I can make it straighter with makeup later.

Traditional technique (common in the west the other countries)
- lasts up to 2 years (mine was 4, but blotchy)
- the line fades and becomes "blurred"
- does become blotchy
- area becomes pigmented forever (I think lolll it's been 6 years since my 1st but 1 year since my 2nd), will never return to 0 pigmentation pre-microblading

Korean technique (common in korea. I have not done this before, so info is based on research)
- lasts up to 6 months
- fades back to original

If you like the Kim K style, there's this other technique I did, it's called "microblading + contouring", which is just deep microblading (the traditional technique) and they tattoo the space inbetween lightly. That creates and very "strong" look.
