Agree. I ordered the new Rogue 25 in "Utility" & was told the same. I joked "what, I can't be charitable & get a charm?". Its okay though...thrilled to get the opportunity to save some $ on 1941 pieces.
It's in store only but the website just says "free charm" - nothing about a dollar amount. I wonder if it's a specific charm they are giving out. If anyone has any further info can you post? Thanks!!

How close is it to Olive? Is there any colourblocking on the bag?See photo of Dinky. Its beautiful and IMO a better green than their olive. Their system did not provide a picture of the bag. So, I guess we'll find out when I get mine, hopefully tomorrow. As for the Simon Mall charity offer, I was told that originally 1941 was excluded but that exclusion was taken off a couple days after the promotion started. The Rogue is 1941 & I was able to use. In addition, my SA allowed me to purchase several charity cards at $10 each and then buy multiple things using each charity card just once. The thing you get from making the donation is a pamphlet with the list of stores in that mall that will give you the discount. Coach is one of them and when you make your purchase they cross their name off the list. Its a win, win!
Yes! Everything is included. If you can't get there in person, you can always call the store and they can order what you want for you + get you free 2-day shipping.
