Gunmetal Lizzy with Shoulder Strap from Gunmetal Britt.

The leather strap from the Britt is dressier option for the Lizzy. I can adjust it to make it a perfect length shoulder bag and not always use the nylon strap, or shorter/thick leather Lizzy strap. Hard to capture in photo, but love it for dressier days, and that strap does not slip off my shoulder.
