Mystery Coach Bag - Authentic or Fake?

Hi - new to this forum, but not to vintage purses. I picked this up at an estate sale about 10 years ago and I can't find a similar one online. Coach is marked everywhere - but the leather doesn't appear to be real. It measures about 16 x 11 inches, has two zippered compartments on front, one zipper pocket on back, zippered top, one zippered compartment and two open compartments in the interior for cell phones, etc. Would love your feedback - thanks!
