Michael Kors My Selma Disappointment

Oh my goodness!!! This is scaring me!! I want to have a Selma as well, but I'm afraid this will happen. I'm sure it's just a defect and it won't happen again. I've had two hamilton's and my third one I had a problem. MK is fixing it. I'll get it back in three weeks.

I'm sure it's just a defect. I have several saffiano MK bags and haven't run into this problem while storing them. I would give Selma another chance because it's such a gorgeous bag!

I recently purchased a Selma from a seller on ebay. Unfortunately, the seller packaged it very poorly and arrived with multiple creases. The seller told me to warm it with a hair dryer to try to reshape it... (it seems ridiculous to have to try to fix a bag I just bought, but I’m curious if it will work at all). Do you have any experience with attempting this?
