onegirlcreative, HOF are somewhat different than Tiffany diamonds. Only Tiffany can sell their diamonds and they are not necessarily of ideal proportions and performance. That's not to say that Tiffany diamonds are not beautiful. They certainly are. HOF are sold by specific vendors, authorized to stock this branded cut. All HOF are graded by the AGS as 0, the highest grade the AGS offers. It is based upon the performance of the diamond.
