I received a damaged
Coach swagger from Macy's two weeks ago and I returned it and asked them to order a new one for me. I still haven't received the replacement and the store employees had no clue where my package was and if it was sent..the manager even insinuated that I already have the bag and that it was given to me that same day I returned the defective bag. Let's just say, I was less than pleased with her comment of having to go through the camera feeds! I was so angry I canceled my other order for my Michael Kors Ava and just returned the Selma I just bought. I'm going to purchase somewhere else. At this point I just want them to refund me my money for the missing coach swagger. The defective item came from a store and the hang tags were broken and stuffed in one of the inside pockets, the bottom feet were all scratched and the hardware on the sides were also scratched up, like it was scraped on the ground.
