The outlet SA explicitly said they are no longer making the inserts. It wasn't a question of who was selling them. Truth be told they said the same thing last year. The 3 by 5 size seems to be the one at issue. I did find a website that sells them --

Didn't buy any myself, I found a 3 by 5 at Barnes & Noble but only the weekly view not the monthly overview kind.

I see they are still available in the 3 by 5 size for $14 a pop on the website... but the new Julia planners are the bigger size.

I'm more of a paper and pen type for planners and I've found in recent years places like Staples offer less and less - because 'most' people who need a planner use blackberries and such. I'd want it to match though (Coach in a Coach, Filofax in a Filofax, etc.) or it wouldn't feel right to me.

i have a 6x8 agenda/ planner and i *JUST* purchased a new 2011 refill (which actually starts the calendar in sept. 2010) during PCE from my local boutique - i also purchased a new 6x8 address book refill - per the website, the 6x8 planner refills just came out recently....hope that helps! and, btw, just bought a new 3x5 patent leather planner from the outlet this weekend and it had everything in it... :)

A few years ago they were not going to sell them anymore... Now there are going to sell them but not the Refills ... there is no understanding Coach...

today I ordered the diary planner from coach website for my 4x7 turnlock. I hope in the up coming years they will still be available. I really do like using it. I keep stamps and other little things in my planner. I don't always like to use the calendar on my phone to keep up with reminders shopping lists, websites and so on.

I swear this has been a rumour for the past 3 years. The company that originally produced the refills on behalf of Coach was still going to stock them, just without the Coach logo on the front. They always say that they're going to discontinue them and then never do at the stores. If you've still got your insert from the previous year, then there's always the 1.800 number to call to order a refill and the FP stores will still be carrying them.

I think they have discontinued them from the outlet stores though.

I got Dayrunner refills at Staples -- I only use my agendas for taking notes in meetings so I just get the notepaper refills but they have all sizes and all types of inserts at Staples and they are way less expensive than the Coach ones!
