Bump.
This just happened to me today to my first foray into the brand. It was the last day of the 25% off sale Sunday so I decided to pull the trigger on a bunch of matching men's black jet set monogram items (2 messengers, a wallet, and a backpack). All of those items' orders were cancelled except for the backpack. I didn't realize only the backpack was coming until I got a shipping email update that only featured it.
In my excitement the same day I bought a new matching weekend bag final sale from another vendor. Except now I only have the the backpack and weekend bag coming to me, and while I should be able to return the backpack, I can't return the weekender, which was bought with the idea of having matching knockaround bags while traveling this summer. So I'm a bit frustrated with how their site works and their online buying CS protocols.
I'm also perplexed by the fact that all the items I ordered are still listed on the website and their prices jumped back up. So now I'm stuck with at least one bag from a brand that left a sour taste in my mouth during my first purchase with them. If I really like those two items I might give MK another chance, but I may equally as likely be turned off by it for life, which is a shame because there aren't a lot of contemporary designers with good men's selections. Coach is the only other one I can even think of.
Call and ask if they can honor the price!
