Have you ever tried dying any bags...leather or suede? I'm thinking of dying the inside suede of my DIY Rogue 25 black.

No, sorry -- but dying the INSIDE sounds complicated...good luck! I'm guessing you've googled this topic?

Yup that's the one! I've googled and watched YouTube vids on dying bags but they're all on the outside. The dying part seems like it would be pretty easy; making sure to get it in all of the nooks and crannies might be difficult. I LOVE the black suede in my Patchwork Rogue and think it would look awesome on the 25 but I don't want to mess it up lol. My main concern is the dye bleeding through the threading on the other side; I like the contrast between the yellow/golden thread and the black leather and I don't want to lose that.
