My new to me. Will be here Monday

I have had one that the seller wasn't responding nor shipping my bag. After about a week I called eBay CS and opened a claim as I couldn't cancel the order and they stepped in, cancelled and refunded me.

I think you're protected under buyer protection. I'm not too experienced in the claims department. Sorry I'm no help. :(

She has contacted me says she will refund once I send the bag back my own expense which is fine. Can I trust this will be done? My teal satchel is a beauty. It took the joy out of that bag with this disaster. I'm hoping my Audrey will be just as beautiful

Where did you find you'd find. Mine was under $200
I got lucky at Posh Mark. Once in a blue moon you get that person who just wants to get rid of the bag quick and prices it at a steal! I really didn't think it will be in such good condition! I found another LTD edition bag for $55 on Mercari which also turned out better than expected. Can't remember the name. It was style 15404 I think.

You might want to ask this in the eBay forum. I am thinking if this is SNAD then she pays return shipping. The eBay forum guys and gals are super smart when it comes to this stuff.

At this point I'm sending it back Monday and have alerted my bank etc it's out of my hands. Spoils if for the honest people out there. Lesson learned

The good thing is eBay will make it right, even if the buyer refuses to. It is one perk of buying on eBay.
At any rate, your new teal Sydney is absolutely amazing, so I hope you enjoy her!!! [emoji4]

Take pictures of it all. If someone could video you packing it up, that would even be better. If you do the postage from home, make sure your mail carrier scans it in when it is picked up or take it to the post office. This is to keep her from claiming any false crap, like you sent back the wrong bag. She has a certain amount of days to refund your money after getting the bag back. If she doesn't refund by that time, eBay steps in.

The seller does, but annie1 would gave to wait for the seller to send her one or eBay to require it. She would rather get it shipped than wait however long it would take for the seller to do it. I've done that myself.

Send it certified so she has to sign at the time of delivery. This way she cannot claim not receiving it.

That is one *** b e a u t i f u l **** bag! Jealous! Thanks for the mod shots too. How tall are you? I like the idea of the longer strap, but I'm 5'10" and often times the straps aren't long enough. Also, how do you open the bag? Do you undo the turnlock and pull the flap over? Once its open, is it just one large space inside? And is that zippered pocket on the back big enough for a phone?
Thanks for sharing!

Certified isn't the best way to send packages. You can send it USPS priority, signature required, but it's usually not a good idea to require a signature unless the amount of the item is over $750. Ebay and Paypal will take a normal delivery confirmation as proof of delivery. They only require signature if the amount is over $750. When you require signature, lots of bad things can happen. The mail carrier can forget to get the signature when he delivers the package so tracking will never show it as delivered. The mail carrier can decide he doesn't want to wait for the signature, so he may forge it. The recipient may never be available to sign so the package gets returned to you.

UPS is usually a little better about getting a signature, but if the recipient isn't available within 3 tries, the package will be returned to you and you'll have to pay extra to get it back.
