My New Sapphire GSH Part Time.. What kind of leather is this?

I wasn't crazy about the leather on the black I finally decided. I NEED pillowy leather, it's weird I know.

It's not that crazy. I prefer the pillowy leather too.

If you like the Sapphire, then that's all that really matters.

I have two 2008 sapphires. A Day bag and a Step. Both were shiny when I got them, but I have used the Day quite a bit and it is no longer very shiny. I've only used the Step about 4 or 5 times and she is still quite shiny. I'm guessing that your bag will "matte-up" if you use it for awhile. Regardless, it's a gorgeous color!

I have seen some 08 plasticy looking leather. Some months ago I ordered a midnight bag and had to return to the store because the leather was so bad. I think in general 07 and 09 are better.
