As promised, here is the adjustable strap. Interior is typical cavernous LOL with one large zip pocket and two slip pockets. Of the two slip pockets, one is smaller/narrower. Nice quality cotton canvas lining.

I hope you can check one out in person. From my own experience, there is just SO much competition out there and every single brand jacks up their price point and it's getting so crazy - although in the last couple of years, several brands have either gone out of business or have falling sales, kwim?
I personally would not want to pay full msrp for this bag - but that's just me. For starters, it is just over $1k cad so I get very, VERY picky here and it's made in China. I fully realize that hand bags made in Italy are well over $1k now coming closer to $3k for many brands. To be fair, I also have a huge handbag collection so I had no excuse to pay full msrp for the Berlin bag - any Berlin bag! But getting it discounted in mint condition was a no brainer - I snatched her up in 5 seconds. She is gorgeous and not ridiculously heavy.

Thanks! I have quite a number of bags in my closet, but I'm looking for a versatile black bag that's not too flashy and can be worn on both hands and shoulder that's not a tote style. I think this bag's design made the cut.
I agree that I really need to see it in person though. Buying bag sight unseen doesn't really do well to me. 
The woven beige med is marked down at The Bay downtown but still over 1k. Personally I prefer the plain smooth Berlin bag

Hugo Boss at Oakridge today. The baby blue one is on sale $648 cad, it looks washed and pale in my photo but prettier in real life.

Woven Berlin bag at The Bay reduced further (1095 cad I think?) Don't know its mark down price at Hugo Boss Oakridge though in comparison.
