Funny that you said that, I love the gold and khacki medium and it indeed slipped off my shoulder...maybe tiny shouders need satchels or thin staps?

The medium one did the short time I had it (I returned it already) but I have no problems with the demi at all. The straps on the medium and large were uncomfortably wide for me.
