FedEx impressed me today - they called me to arrange payment of the necessary taxes and fees, then informed me I could pick up the earrings this afternoon!
Without further ado - here they are! Sorry about the poor lighting - it's 6:30pm here and I tried to get shots in natural daylight because the pics look awful in fluorescent lights. I've attempted to use a crappy H&A viewer from another jeweller to capture the arrow shots.
I love the earrings - they're delicate, don't droop and look great on the ear. If anyone is considering BGD - I can't recommend them highly enough!
Can't wait to take them out in daylight tomorrow to see the fluorescence!

They look amazing, I am not a stud girl, I prefer hoops, but I am just loving yours. If I get a pair I will go with BGD, I love their work. And isn't it so nice knowing something was made just for you.
Thanks to the awesome AME for her help in selecting these - I think she is indeed the "diamond whisperer"
They are both 0.535ct I, VS2s from Brian Gavin's signature Blue range. They have almost identical proportions, which appeals to my OCD tendencies.
Right now, these are all I have in terms of photos as they are still en route to Australia. According to FedEx, they landed in Brisbane, AU today but have been routed back to Honolulu? Not quite sure what's happening there, but I hope to have them by next week.

Thank you for the compliments! I can't believe how gorgeous these are. Even when I'm indoors, they twinkle and flash so much fire. Outside... they're spectacular.
I've tried to take some daylight shots, but it's pretty overcast today. I did capture a couple of fire pics (but nowhere near as sparkly as they are in real life) and one blurry one of the fluorescence as well - this effect is just too cool!
