Lovely pendant! I'm partial to the oblong/rectangle pendant shape. The dragon for the Chinese symbolizes power, in the auspicious sense of happiness, longevity, prosperity, fertility etc. I believe it is the most powerful sign in the Chinese zodiac.

Gorgeous! I love that type of gold. I have a jade pendant on a heavy gold chain. I'm pretty sure it's the same type of gold, I love it, it was a gift from my grandmother when I graduated high school. :p

Slaps herself* i closed the window after i wrote a nice long response lol

Anyways.. watch out for the O hooks that connect the pendant to the chain and the O hook on the pendant. they tend to weaken and bend and CAN break off. My bfs 29 ounce set has weakened over the year and i need to take it into repair to thicken the O hooks so he wont lose it... I actually bought him the set because they person who sold it didnt price it very well and i got 900$ worth of gold for 200$ not counting the labor to make it lol..

If i ever need something i will go pawn the necklace lol!

^^^ Oooh, I bet it looks absolutely gorgeous on your deep skin!

Thanks! I love the way 22kt looks on darker skin. But I have a few Asian friends who also wear 22kt/24kt and it looks really good. It gives the gold a whole different glow. That's the thing about 22kt/24kt, it looks totally different on different skin tones, where as IMO 14kt just looks the same.

My mom thinks 14kt is copper! LOL.
