My leather is peeling on my LV wallet. help!!

I Talked to the SA in the Boston LV and she basicly said it was my fault and that there have not been any problems with the wallet before mine... so basicly LVs policy sucks and I am now questioning their quality. After 2 months this should not happen..
 
it's so not ur fault! i used mine for two days and it started peeling. is it my fault? no...

it's their quality....I would go to different stores and ask about it. that's what I did before I got mine fixed.

maybe u can provide them with a solution, I basically just told the manager that the rest of the wallet is excellent, i just want to change the leather button to a brass button which would make it so much more durable....

Have you seen the photos of One_s2 wallet repair (see previous post), they replace the coloured button with a new brass one and it looks great...it's in the general section...good luck!!
 
Thanks ladys I still have a tiny bit of hope. I will be going to the Natick LV today and I will see what happens. 2 weeks ago I emailed LV customer service and I have yet to hear back..
 
So I just got home and the 2nd LV store was nicer, she didn't blame me and said they would mail it out to repair for free but I still have to pay shipping.. Also she said NO to a brass button and that it is not possible! I brought up the thread on my phone and showed them that it was done, but they still said no, that I could only have a blue one. Now I have to wait 4-6 weeks. I am really very disappointed in LVs service and quality now.
 
I'm glad they were able to fix your wallet! But I can't believe the SA at Boston LV denied the repair and even blamed you for the damage. They should've gotten the wallet for repair without any questions asked.

It was weird that they made you pay for shipping. When my Insolite needed repair the SA told me that they would ship my wallet overseas but didn't charge me at all for shipping. This was last year though.
