My leather is peeling on my LV wallet. help!!

I recieved the blue josephine wallet for Vday and recently the blue leather button on the front has started to peel off... I open the wallet by the flap not the button. Does annyone know if LV will fix it?? whats there policy??

I'm not sure if they will fix it. I do know that it seems to be common for that to happen. I have seen other posters say the same thing

They should fix it. It is a rather new item. When my insolite began to peel I stopped using it, hut didn't get ton take it in for two months after that and they fixed it for free

I hope they can do something.. I have no LV near me and I won't be by one for 2 weeks.

They will fix it and you can even mail it to them. I would call the manager and tell him/her its coming. Do not worry you will not have a problem.
