Sharing my experience in case it helps anyone....but the package was delivered via UPS and stolen from my porch. I work from home so am here all the time and looking out for UPS, FedEx etc when waiting on deliveries and this has never happened. Honestly I don't see how I could have missed it. I assume it was stolen since UPS said it was delivered. They say during the holidays that there are thieves who follow UPS trucks looking for this sort of thing, so be careful and if you are not home and expecting something, ask your neighbors to pick it up. I think I am getting a PO Box after this

Fed ex man stole my Louis Vuitton. He signed for it and we demanded to see the signature. It was nothing like mine. He didn't even spell my name even close. It took 3 months and calling Louis Vuitton almost every day but they finally replaced my bag. They even payed for my flight to Chicago to pick up the bag myself. It's insured so don't give up. You will get your bag.

OMG this is so terrible to read! I am soo sorry this happened to you. We just moved into a new house, and I had a package delivered (Leopard traveler) and I got confirm it was delivered and nothing was there when I went. I had a feeling to go ask the neighbor and sure enough he had it, however, he was hesitant about giving it to me and even opened the package and everything, I guess I was lucky....Again I am sooo sorry to hear this, is there any recourse?

Geez louise! I live in NC and the postal work delivered my bag to the wrong address once! Ridiculous! Was a signature required?

That's terrible. I live in a new neighborhood and several folks packages have disappeared. I buy online all the time and would be beyond infuriated if someone took my package!

Once I bought some clothes from Lane Bryant and the UPS guy delivered it to another house in my old neighborhood who often received LB packages as well. It took a number of phone calls from UPS to get it back. The neighbor ad opened the box and when she returned it, she put it on the side on my house in a giant ant bed! I was so mad!

Im so sorry this happened to you. Incidents like this have been all over the news lately. A local man in my city was just arrested for this. He was in a car and one of the homeowners had cameras and caught his face and car on film. He had thousands of dollars worth of stuff in the car when they tracked him down. What an idiot. He just followed the UPS trucks whenever he saw one and picked up what was dropped. He had enough AVON products to be a distributer LOL!! The news showed cell phones, toys, clothes, etc.. you name it, he stole it.

Thieves just infuriate me! What gives them the right? Who, is raising these people? No standards of living or principles. How can they sleep at night? I am so grateful for my furry family members. Thieves go somewhere else because they make too much noise and draw too much attention to them. They are quite a bit of work, but so worth it, when I hear things like this. So sorry that happened to you. Take satisfaction in knowing that karma will come back to get them.

My kids left our garage open one night a couple of years ago and at about 5 am someone came in through my kitchen door and snatched my purse off the kitchen table, that's all he got because my shichon is insane and was barking like crazy and I woke up. My neighbor across the street said he saw whoever it was but thought it was my husband on his way to work. It was dark and my neighbor is elderly. There were 4 cars in the driveway too which shows his desperation and the police said desperate people are dangerous. We are gunowners and that guy is very lucky because I keep a gun in my nightstand and know how to use it. I have 3 kids and my family is everything to me. Thieves make me sick. Someone mailed my bank cards and I.D back to me.....because everything was cancelled.

What a rotten thing to happen!
You don't need a PO box tho. You can have the package held @ the closest UPS facility and pick it up yourself. Kind of an inconvenience I know but better to have your package.

I can't believe they opened It that was rude. My Maurice's order went to my neighbors house accidentally thankfully we have a Facebook group and it was easy to find who had it and she brought it right over .

I opened a neighbors package on accident once. I assumed it was mine because it was delivered to me and didn't look at the label. Only until I saw it was something I didn't order, did it occur to me I had someone else's package. So honest mistakes can easily happen.
