My first thank you card!

I got one too...and promptly scrapbooked it along with my pictures of my first coach bag. I actually got it after my first purchase. I loved that SA!

WOOOHOOO!! Another scrapbooker who isn't afraid to scrap her "obsession"! I have an album of COACH stuff too. We'll have to post some layouts.

Thanks for the info ms-whitney! I wish that they'd always send you a receipt for the phone orders. It just makes me nervous if I'd have to return something and all I have is the packing slip but no receipt.

Are the SAs always supposed to mail you your receipt for phone orders?

Absolutely, they should also at least write a small card out saying thank you and here's your receipt instead of just throwing the receipt envelope in an envelope!

yup, i was commenting on mwisner's comment about recieving just the reciept, SAs, good ones anyways should write a thank you note in there, usually i also explain to them that i am sending their reciept seperately over the phone if i do the order through JAX, if it's a charge send i prefer to put it right into the box itself.

if you're truly worried about phone orders and not getting the reciept you can always order from one of the SAs here because you know us

or express your concern over the phone, it would not be a problem at all, especially since you're making a purchase!

Thanks sprinkles & ms-whitney! I never did get the receipts for the 2 bags I purchased with the phone order. *sigh* Oh well, I did have to return something, and it wasn't a problem, but I'm the type that wants a receipt for everything. Oh well.

i write a thank you note for phone orders, she/he should have too but i guess it's up to the SA

thank you notes are for purchases, not exchanges, made of 250$ or more before tax.

i personally love writing them only because everyone compliments me on my writing & we get a lot of tourists and they don't qualify if it's international.

That's strange, is it always over $250? Because few months back I bought the Legacy Leather Satchel which is a lot over $250 and didn't get one!
