No, I live in San Antonio. We don't have a LV boutique so I bought it in Saks. I trial tested both the Saks and NM in my city and decided on Saks because their SA's were much more helpful and courteous. The NM SA's were rather rude and unfriendly.

Congrats on your bag!! I got the creases out of my 30 by stuffing it with tshirts, hanging it up and blowdrying it! Creases came right out. I didn't do it all at once because I was wary of what the hair drying might do, but all was fine.
I bought my Pop Haut at the NM in San Antonio -- and was very happy with the SA's -- BUT they are supposed to have sent me the box and a catalog since they didn't have the correct sized box and it's been 2 months now and nothing... I've called a few times and they keep claiming they don't have any boxes but will send one right out when they come in.
If I don't get that box, my next LV trip to San Antonio (to visit my mom) will be to Saks! (I just love the shops at La Cantera vs. North Star though!)

Hi--I also just bought my first LV today!! A Mono Speedy 30 too!! I was concerned just like you when I came home and after having the bag folded up I saw all these creases and started feeling upset about it. But it sounds like it will be fine, after it sits out for a while. Congrats!!

I think the only store I didn't care for at La Cantera was NM!
It's kind of a small one or something... The first car accident I ever had was at the North Star parking lot (waaaay before those ugly ugly parking garages went in...) Not sure how old you are or if you remember the old guy living in the boots, but I was driving around them and I thought I saw someone in them! Accelerated my car as I was gawking and hit the stop sign. :shame:
