I actually like the black grained leather Dukes.

The Hertford I got is not in grained leather like in the pictures. It is in a smooth glossy black leather. I have to be more careful with it because it can probably show scratches more easily than grained leather. The lining is also different from the one on the website as it is a green camouflage instead of grey and black camouflage.

I guess their in-store stock sometimes differs from what they offer online.

I want to add that the tiger head suede messenger from Gucci is gorgeous. I just prefer it regular leather because I know I will ruin the bag if it is suede.

lol i don't own any suede bags but that bag is making me re-consider. i thought that beauty would go on sale but i was wrong lol. the price is kind of high and i wanna see it not go on sale before i commit because i will kick myself if i buy it n it goes on sale lol.

I can't find that bag on the Gucci website anymore for some reason!

I agree that the price is quite high, and considering that most Gucci things will eventually be marked down, I can wait for it to go on sale.

Still, not totally sold on the suede yet. I don't even have suede shoes to match with it.

Yeah! So i googled it and the website result come up but for find in boutiques only. They added new colors so I'm assuming its going to come back?

I saw it at the 5th Avenue store in ***** Tower this past summer. It's really nice, but the price tag is a bit high.

Hmm. I live in Boston and we do have a boutique here but its not that big. I hate the feeling when i go to store and they don't have it and ask me to order online. Its like a wasted trip lol.:D
