She is back. I was also scammed. I have created a file on this person. Anyone else who would like to work with me on this is welcome to join me. There are 3 of us who are working together at this point. Thank you.

DDwnyc-So sorry you got hit too! Mango123 is the most recent victim. She will be able to PM tomorrow (she's new). On one of these pages is there a list of all 6 tPFers who have come forward?

Sara- I sent you a PM with the questions I posted at the begining of the thread. I can not and will not post the the answers in the thread (per Swanky, see above). Anything you would like to add to my list would be helpful as well.

I have some others ddwnyc. I'm in the process of getting the others together so charges can be filed and done in a group setting.

I saw your post early this morning and posted a message to you.

Sorry ddwnyc...Although I'm sure someone has taken advantage of you, it was not me. I have yet to deny any true information. Additionally, someone mentioned VANS switching...sorry, but that wasn't me either.

Has anyone filed a complaint with the authorities? How effective is filing a complaint with Western Union? I know the USPS has really well-trained investigators but I'm not sure about Western Union's processes. Have any of the victims filed a complaint with the FBI - Internet Crime Complaint Center? What were the outcomes?

I agree with Swanky. We should keep the thread informative for other potential victims. Scammers always leave footprints despite their best efforts.

Has anyone attempted this? I am certainly curious to see if the results have changed any. No one believes that one person is capable of all of this. And if the "authorities" would take any actions (which I believe GRO has already explained several pages back) do you think there would be any need for all of tis?

Sounds good! You all are on it! :police: I'm glad this was posted because it serves as an education for all of us. I'm going to always use paypal!! The authorities always swoop in when the scammers least expect it! Cyber crime is a serious offense and the Fashion Houses don't take too kindly to counterfeiters.
