My previous ip registered michigan, the one before that oklahoma, prior to that ohio...all you do is buy the ip for the location you want. people send money all over the place. All I have to do is call wu and request a city change and it shows as picked up in that location and sent again to a new place. Just because 3 people here sent money to arkansas means nothing. ladies, ready? :graucho:...as a bored housewife who sits and does nothing I took a moment and called western union...they said changing location can't be done so easily.....the sender must have done it in person. if you want to do by phone, yes, you can do that, but the phone number where you are calling from must match the one the sender wrote on the paper....hope that helps :p

I never gave them a phone number for her. which means she couldn't change anything. WU said she picked up in person at that location.

Without a phone number it can be changed. You are such great detectives...all of the "personal info" is from a myspace account that can be found by google. Lol I would be embarassed to claim to have been so clever and pull everything from a social net
