Has anyone owned or see the florentine domed satchel irl? I'm really interested in getting a d&b florentine bag but i'm terrified of heavy bags (i had a coach 2006 legacy leather and after that i knowi can't do heavy bag)

Large florentine Satchel in natural.

I don't think it is heavy IMO it is about the same or lighter that the old fabric domed satchel. I hate heavy bags as I have a bad shoulder.....the leather on the Florentine is so nice.

I just bought the large Dooney & Bourke Florentine in the Natural color. Yes it's a big bag but I love it. It's my favorite bag.

To be honest, the Florentines look better than the LVs. Well made bag.

Right now I am carrying the smaller of the two domed satchels. I love it. I got it in black. Everyone compliments it. I have been to various stores and sales associates say that it looks more regal and sophisticated in the black. I agree. If you were going for the large satchel, I would stick with natural.

Got this at Lord & Taylor's Friday night. It's the largest size. I've come full circle. I also have the black on pre-sale at Macys. I love big bags, I guess. I do have the chestnut in small.
