Heh, I actually ordered the mini bead bracelet with Rubedo charm while I was in there sending my DBTY off for repair. Hopefully it'll ship out soon! I don't even have a shipping notification yet. (Had to order because the store didn't have the 6.5" length in stock.)
Once, I accidentally yanked my DBTY necklace off my neck... I think it got caught in my comb and so it broke. They fixed it for free. IIRC, I asked them to add a few millimetres in chain length while they were at it.

Mine broke and it is gone forever because I didn't see when I lost it. I got it shortened too so I older if it was a soldering issue.
Wow this makes me so weary of DBTY.... The onyx bracelet broke on my friend too pretty quickly, I think I'll look at a jeweler for a DBTY bracelet instead...
the key to dainty chained bracelets is to wear them close to your wrist, if they are baggy on you and slip & slide all over the place the likelihood of them getting caught and breaking is much higher!
