My DBTY bracelet broke! :(

I was just putting it on today, and the chain snapped. So disappointed! Is Tiffany going to charge me a ton for the repair?

I did have this bracelet shortened, but there's really no way to check whether it broke at a solder joint or not, since I don't have a loupe or anything...

My SS Bow bracelet broke after 3 months of wear and Tiffany "allowed" me to return it. They should certainly fix this for free for you.

Tiffany has amazing customer service. I have fixed my pieces there. Even when they charge me，it has been reasonable. Good luck!

oh no! it shouldn't be too much. my sister snapped her dbty when she fell (there may have been some drinking involved) and I believe it was around $30 to fix it.

The strange thing is that I've actually barely worn it! I ended up "losing" it about 2 weeks after purchase. Turns out I had assumed the bag it was in was empty due to the tiny size of the DBTY, and I used it to store another Tiffany item. LOL...

I only found it yesterday and then it promptly broke! So disappointing.

I really like the 3 diamond version of this bracelet, but after seeing this, I'm wary of buying it. I wonder if anyone else's bracelet broke too or if this is a freak accident?
