I may still have pictures of the azur pieces I had sold, I will post them tomorrow if I find them

Oh OK, you are so right then, ok, I won't need to post, save my time too.As you wish, but it won't change the facts about the color of Damier Azur, new or long term.
I have a few DA pieces. They are all pretty crisp white. I ordered a "brand new" one on Ebay from Australia and the second I opened it, my heart sank! It was SO dingy yellow that it looked dirty! I don't know if it was the heat there or what but I returned it. I couldn't accept that! It really looked so dirty, nothing like my other pieces. It was nearly impossible to get a good comparison shot on camera. I say Return yours!Does this photo change your opinion? I think this is closest to what it looks like in real life.
The background is my off white curtains, then a white envelope, then the pochette.
(I need my husband to come home so I can ask him!)

This is exactly how yellow my DA looks! It must really be a lighting thing as I have it by the window upstairs now and I don't see any yellow at all.I think sometimes the lighting contributes to the color tone of azur. This is/was my mini pochette on my daughter. I've never really thought it was anything but blue and off white until I saw it against her white dress. In this pic it looks totally yellow but when I put it back in my closet (after wrangling it away from her) it looked more white.
It also depends on the lighting. Azur looks brighter outside whereas inside lighting can emphasize the yellow tones of the canvas. Azur is definitely a warm toned canvas with yellow undertones.
Looks pretty normal. Well at least like my pieces! Azur does have yellow undertones so it will never look a pure cool white. It still looks very pretty.
I think you are right that DA has warm undertones. I was really thrown off yesterday as I always thought that DA is a cool-toned canvas. To me, it looks quite alright and lovely (which makes me want another LV item in DA)! The cream color of the DA has a warm hue and that might be contributing factor to its "yellowness." In some cases, the cream color of the DA can be paler in certain lighting or if the outdoor natural light leans towards gray skies/overcast.
We can say that the DA is cream/beige/ecru/mother of pearl/ivory/off-white/butter yellow...
