I thought I would chime in and say how lovely your collection is!! I too have started collected VCA (WG Magic) and I have the single motif necklace. It's LE from the Magic collection. Magic has three sizes of clovers and the necklace you and I have showcases the largest size!
As for discounts, my experience so far is that VCA sometimes send out "gift certificates" to clients after purchases. I know that high end clients got very sizeable ones when they were invited to a show on the new L' Atlantide. The only other thing I've been able to do is make our purchases count toward points at the Las Vegas Palazzo. We get our rooms and sometimes meals/shows comped because of our purchases.

The Magic Alhambra will be my next purchase but considering that it costs as much as almost a 2 ct diamond it kinda scares me off...sigh...we need a money tree!

You have a 2die4 collection! I REALLY like your Lotus Diamond pendant! Do you wear it often. Would you use it a day to day type of necklace?
If I could only buy one, would you recommend the VCA lotus necklace over Penny Preville's?
They are very different. VCA lotus is slightly more expensive but it's more feminine. The Penny Preville is very very sparkly and catches alot of attention every time I wear it. So it depends on your style. But you wont go wrong with either one.
