oh so i took the bag out today, and remember it said the color may wear off on fabric. so i called br, and they said they didn't know about preventing that from happening and suggested i take it to a professional leather cleaning place and ask. so i am wearing my cream jacket, and it has indeed rubbed a little bits of red on it!!! ugh. so be warned. oh and the customer service rep also mentioned, wear it at your own risk. wtf is that!!!!

anyway, now i dunno what to do. anyone have any numbers to call for professional leather inquiries?

I would recommend a shoe repair place. They know more about caring for leather accessories than a drycleaner would. Look in your local yellow pages or yp.yahoo.com for shoe repair services.

Damn sorry to hear that. It's a cute bag too, you were the first person who was actually proud of their BR bag for a minute there. I like the design of that one, I've seen it, the leather seems pretty soft and yet durable. That sucks.
