My birthday gift arrived and I’m not sure yet how I feel? It’s such a beautiful bag, like I get heart eyes looking at it!! But on my frame, it sits quite bigger than I thought it would be and the bottom lock is a bit crooked and not sure if the sides are supposed to poke out that far??

I have the option to return or exchange within 30 days… I have always wanted a reverse piece so I am torn… I have always loved this bag seeing it on others and on me idk why it can’t feel as beautiful as it does when I just stare at it. My other options just for another LV would be Multi Pochette Accessoires or Just return and wait until I love something on me.

what do you think of this bag???? Thanks in advance xx

she is beautiful! as far as the lock being crooked, it's not super noticeable compared to some I have seen so I wouldn't worry about that unless it really bothers u. this actually looks nearly perfect but it all depends on how YOU feel when wearing it:flowers:

happy birthday hun, enjoy this beautiful piece and if you decide to return it I personally think the multi pochette is a great choice, both very different but both beautiful and think about resell value. both same priced if going for canvas

Happy happy birthday! I also love reverse monogram and want too add a reverse piece to my collection one day also. But you should keep it only if it makes your heart sing, and only you know that. I am at peace with subtle crooked stitches/very slightly crooked clips/slight misalignment as it reminds me that all the pieces are hand made and, even though we spend lots of our money on these things and of course we want them to be perfect, there is a beauty to someone’s handwork. (I am not condoning of big errors/quality control issues by any means). So your slight mispositioning of the clip would not be a deal breaker for me, but if it is not everything you want when you try it on, there will be another piece that you will love more and reach for more. MPA? Boulogne? Petite Palais? And there are sooooo many lovely bags being released between now and next summer :heart:

It will soften with time and won't feel so big. I have the reverse and absolutely love it. I would say keep it but if you don't love it, then maybe find something that makes your heart sing.

I'm almost certain that this is not hand made, so I don't understand why there are so many issues with misalignment and crooked hardware. It's a real shame and not something that I ever encountered when buying LV even as recently as ten years ago. Having said that, this one doesn't look bad to me at all. I can see what you're saying, but I think only because you pointed it out. If you're not truly happy though, you should return and get something that you really love.
