Aw thats a cute bag. I couldn't decide either between the small & the larger one. I've gone for the larger size. Hope I made the right choice. I have never owned an Anthony before. Have tried them them on so many times but never purchased. This one just seemed right. I love the black pebbled leather with the silver hardware & the stripes on the strap seems to make it less boring. We will see lolI bought the black mini Anthony. I was going back and forth between the mini and small but as I don’t like to replicate styles in my collection I chose the mini. I have a couple of city breaks coming up so I thought it would be perfect for being out and about. We’ll see ..

I am female but am exactly the same with not having black bags and most of my collection (that I use on a regular basis) is oak/chesnut/tan. I wear a lot of dark colours so I think the striped strap will break it up nicely. When I see this bag/colour way, I don’t view it as feminine. Post a pic when it arrives!!
I’m sure you’ll love it. The style is so wearable. I now use my small one (almost) daily .. which makes me question my choice of getting the mini but we’ll see!

My mini Antony has arrived! I’m not sure if it’s love. I need to play with it a little more but i may end up returning and purchasing the small instead, which I thought would be the case! 
It’s gorgeous, but depends on when and how you use your bag/s. I can’t image you can fit much in this size, but many just what to put their mobile phone (does that fit?) credit card, keys on a night out. Though I can see the small Anthony being more practical.My mini Antony has arrived! I’m not sure if it’s love. I have a mini ant & can fit phone + keys & that’s pretty much it full, sometimes I shove a folding shopper in beside the keys, but it’s a squeeze. I find it a very useful bag, but it’s definitely a size that some people would find it too small.

..my small is coming via Royal Mail instead of the usual dpd so hopefully will be here tomorrow...how does the strap feel? it looks slightly narrower than the normal small Antony strap but maybe not...what's the leather like?...is it not love because of size or something else? Sorry for all the questions.

My regular sized one has arrived. I'm not sure what to think of it. It is looking very masculine to me. I don't think its the fact its black I think its the strap as the colours used for it are more the colours used for the mens line. The leather seems beautiful softer than I was expecting & the strap seems softer than the usual straps as well. The lining is orange. I thought it was red looking at the pictures online. It's a lovely bag. I wish it had a back pocket for my phone. Has the lovely Made in England tab inside. I'm on the fence at the moment. Can't decide what to do. Keep or return. Size wise I'm happy with it. Even though this is the largest size it doesn't look like it holds that much. Maybe the smaller one would look more feminine. Hmmm decisions decisions
It is lovely isn’t it. I went for the mini as a I have a small in oak, that I use all the time so I thought getting a mini would be perfect for quick trips into town or the city breaks I have coming up, where I just want to carry phone and bank card. As 24shaz said it’s literally that .. phone (iPhone) bank card, car key and lip gloss if required!

Ahhh is it?? My fingers are crossed that it arrives tomorrow for you. As above, I really love the strap. I like the stripes plus it’s softer/lighter in comparison to my other Antony. With regards to the leather, I am biased here because heavy grain is actually my favourite. I just love it. When I saw it’s not love it’s purely for the size I think, that and the fact I don’t buy black bags. I returned a mini earlier this year because I thought it was a little too small, I don’t know why I thought I would feel differently with this one! I don’t know, we’ll see ..
