I had a nosey this morning and the green was on the site, but when I tried to add it to my basket it told me it was sold out - told me to I had to be fast to catch the bargains lol!!!

I spoke to Mulberry after seeing the Mulberry bags for sale on TK Maxx website last week. All they could confirm was that the bags had not been supplied to TK Maxx from Mulberry. They said they knew nothing of it until my phone call. They were going to investigate. I am sure a big name like TK Maxx wouldnt sell fakes but it spoilt it for me and I cancelled my order with TK Maxx. As much as I love a bargain, I think I will stick to phoning round the outlets. Seeing the bags for sale in TK Maxx really cheapens the brand I think.

I was in TKMaxx yesterday and saw an East West Bayswater in Oak. Couldn't believe it as I have never seen a Mulberry in TK Maxx before. I was very, very tempted but unfortunately it looked like it had been handled a few too many times with quite a few surface scratches on the front. However, now I know it is possible to buy Mulberry in TK Maxx I shall be visiting a lot more regularly from now on.

Hello whiskersclarke, welcome!

I'm sorry for my curiosity but do you mind me asking which TKMaxx, and how much?

I admire your willpower in walking away from it - not sure I could have done that:cool:

Hi, yes, I was in the Milton Keynes branch and the east west bayswater was £419. I'm not quite sure how I managed to walk away from it either!! Although it is my birthday soon and I am hoping for a trip to the mulberry factory shop in Somerset. Am dreaming about it already!!

I was expecting maybe the City of London branch or somewhere in West London - bad guessing! That's rather a lot for a bag with so much damage though. Hope your visit to Shepton comes off, you'll have much more choice there and I bet you can find a beauty.

Kind of makes you wonder about the website Mulberry.biz ...... i wonder if the marketing bods there have slipped into the TKMaxx buyers and sold them their replicas ?
If Mulberry have no knowledge of their sales to TKMaxx you can't help but wonder :confused1::confused1:
