No experience with the Bays, but I also like the Montaigne, but only because it's more affordable and less heavy than the Dior (which is a beaut, by the way).

I never bought any of them...so I am still on the hunt for a new work bag in nonblack! The Montaigne was a bad color in person so I am hopeful for something new in the next couple seasons! Love the Gucci Marmont totes but wish there was a gray or taupe or navy!

Have you considered the grey Diorissimo with soft pink lining?

I think this colour combination is so pretty, and the style is timeless and elegant. The bag is incredibly well-made and the contents are easy to access. It even comes with a detachable zippered pouch that can be used as a clutch.

There is also the Be Dior in grey with a beautiful eggplant purple lining.
