True- but the guy at the special monogramming/personalization shop seemed to ONLY do personalizations. (He had an artisan card and everything!)Oh geez, I would be sick if they ruined a monogram on a 1941 tag. I got one done on my Rogue satchel, and I could tell the SA was nervous, she took her time, but I'd rather wait 20 minutes and have it done correct than rush and it look sloppy.
I think if I get one for my regular Rogue I'll get a generic tag....
That's why I'm too afraid. It's like a bad tattoo. If they ruin a 1941 tag you are suck with it.
If I get back to NYC any time soon, I'd love to go to Coach House and have them do monogramming, but at my local Coach store, it is a little more nerve wracking. She actually lost my hangtag in a matter of the 10 minutes she had it, so she pulled another one from the Chalk Rogue they had on display! But she redeemed herself because it came out lovely.True- but the guy at the special monogramming/personalization shop seemed to ONLY do personalizations. (He had an artisan card and everything!)
Wow, what a nightmare!!! At least she had one from which to pull (but what happens to THAT poor bag then?!)
