I have one in rose gold. It's rose plating over silver but so far, the finish is holding up. Quality is just fine. The brand is very popular in the UK, btw.

I have two and they are lovely. I have silver with purple cord and I have one with stones set in it. Sadly they stopped doing these apparently because people had problems with the stones falling out. I've had mine for 3-4 years and so far no problems. I almost bought one in pink yesterday but wasn't near a stockist in the end. I think they look great in summer

I am a huge fan of Monica Vinader, having made my first purchase of a silver Fiji bracelet on a navy cord back in 2012... I now have three Fijis in rose and yellow gold vermeil, and silver, as well as my ultimate favourite piece, which is the blue diamond full pave Fiji bracelet, which is now my ultimate piece!

I went for the silver as I'm not a fan of plated jewellery - the plating will wear off eventually, making the piece uneven looking. As mine's new it, hasn't yet tarnished. I would imagine that it tarnishes like any other 925 (sterling) silver.

I ordered two Fiji bracelets - one with silver chain, the other with baby pink cord. I liked the baby pink when I looked at stock photos, but IRL, I definitely prefer the silver chain.

The cord will fray over time, and isn't easily replaceable - you'd need to send it to MV and for £50, they'll replace the cord (more info here). Also, I don't think light colour cords are really practical for frequent wear because they'll get dirty easily.

As much as I like the baby pink, I will be returning it for the reasons above.

How quickly silver tarnishes depends on your body chemistry, but in general the more you wear it, the slower it tarnishes. On some people silver doesn't tarnish at all

Thanks. I agree with you. I had several Tiffany necklaces polished and then put back in my jewelry box. 6 months later, they were all tarnished again. Best to wear jewelry!
