Are you looking for brand with their own movement only? Omega's and Tag's have a few watches with their own movement but generally those that do cost more. have you considered a Chanel J12 watch, some of those are nice, not sure about the movement though.

No, it doesn't have to be their movement as long as whoever does it does it well.

i have an omega two-toned constellation with MOP face and absolutely love it. it's a very dainty watch and i've never had problems with it. only issue is that it's quartz and requires a battery replacement every couple of years.

another idea would be the cartier ballon bleu in s/s which is a bit over $3k i think.
