~squeals~ Oh my! I have a 16" DBTY in white gold on the way and I asked hubby a few weeks ago to get me the RG mini heart lock on a 20" chain for whenever (Valentines day I hope). It's SO great to see them here together!!!

lol, I don't know if it's a good or bad thing to have a little neck. I used to like all of my necklaces to be short so I had to shorten everything to 14", but now that layering is in I can wear 16" necklaces and am thinking about getting an 18" chain for my keys.

Also and advance congrats on the rose gold necklace. I love the look of rose gold with white metals (silver, white gold, or platinum). I think yellow gold is beautiful, but don't like the way yellow gold looks on my skin, but I do like rose gold on my skin. My husband said the rose color doesn't look as good since almost blends with my skin so you barely see the necklace, but I think that's what makes it interesting. I also just got a little silver bracelet with a rose gold heart that I posted in the tiffany collection thread. I am so glad Tiffany is coming out with more rose gold pieces.

I like yellow gold. My husband has informed me that he does not..lol. Rose gold seems like a good compromise. Tiffany's rose gold is sooo pretty too.
I can't do platinum, the color looks horrible on me. I'm olivey..and really yellow too, I don't know if thats why. But yours both look stunning on you!

I'm getting a bezel set diamond necklace on an 18" chain, and I think if I got the small lock on a 20" chain it would look adorable! I was already thinking about getting the lock necklace and I think this might have pushed me over the edge! LOL!And I agree... you must have the smallest neck ever! (Nothing wrong with that!) A 16" necklace almost feels like a choker on me sometimes.

I know this thread is a few years old, but I've been thinking about getting the mini heart lock pendent and I've been searching it as much as possible on TPF and came across this one!
I absolutely love the way the mini heart lock in rose gold looks on you! I've been thinking about getting the same necklace, but I can't decide between the rose gold or yellow gold. How has the rose gold color held up over the past 2 years?
MissNataliie - Did the yellow gold version of this disappear from the Tiffany web site? I'm not finding it there anymore (at least not on the US site). I love this too and have it on my wish list but am not sure if the price jumped on it.

I think the price has increased as well, by $15 I think. At least it's not $100!
MissNataliie - Thanks for the links. I put the yellow gold version in my saved items so I have it now. $15 isn't too bad. If it was above the $500 price point, it would probably be a "no" for me.

^^You're right, it was a $25 increase. That's not too bad. Some items have gone up nearly $200, specifically DBTY. I agree, if it was over $500 I'd be more iffy about buying it.
With the DBTY being one of the line that has gone up significantly, I can't help but think that the price of diamond that has increased instead of gold.
So you think the significant price increase on DBTY is possibly due to a price increase for diamonds in general? Or is the price increase normal for Tiffany's?
