sorry that happened to you. I have 2 normal leather hamilton, medium and large, both don't sag...maybe just luck? although I got them in 2011, they change leather over the time and the older version wasn't as easy to sag IMO. but I would think saffiano leather shouldn't sag at all, it sucks tho cause this is such a beautiful color.

That's too bad!!! I actually like a little slouch and I use a purse organizer to help hold the bag up--- this makes me want the saffiano more because the normal ones end up so flat, my dh calls it a dead dog!! I like the saffiano but have wanted a little slouch. Sorry it didn't work out for you, and what a wench of an SA!! I have had nothing but good experience with macys until last night I about lost it with an SA also!

Thank you. I was so upset because I was so in love with that neon pink Hammie... When I was in sales, we took training courses on how to be polite which to me helped but is something you shld already know how to do. Guess my mommy taught me better manners!!! It's always good when you're buying!!! What did your idiot SA do?

I think you can get bad bags with every line, I have a LV speedy 30 Idylle Fusain that I am thinking about selling because it hangs kind of weird, beautiful bag but has an issue. Going to take it into LV see what they say about it, but I bought it a long time ago.

Yes this is so true... The reason I went with that saffiano was because I wanted a bag that would maintain its shape. l was annoyed to have to explain to the manager that a bag advertised as structured lost its structure, which therefore compromised the integrity of the product in my opinion making it nearly useless in my eyes!!! He just didn't get it!!!

What?? Some people have a lot of nerve! I can't believe she asked that!

Yes ma'am. I hate to say this and make it about race but I live in the south. Even though my mother is half white and my dad is Afro Cuban, Puerto Rican, and Spaniard I'm viewed by the small minded people in this world who have racist views as a "poor little black girl". I kept my composure but after she mentioned price a third time I had to go off a little. It's funny and sad at the same time, but I'm used to being followed around stores and presumed poor. Lol!!!

You shouldn't have had to explain yourself at all! So sorry you had a terrible experience on top of losing a beloved bag. Hopefully you'll try MK again later one day.

Oh and I must say age is probably a factor as well. I'm 27 but I've been told I look 20 at the oldest (I still get carded for alcohol)... Older SA's at stores that I've had issues at have attempted to talk down to me. One guy really made me mad when he told me he was surprised that l speak so well and don't sound like the rest of them!!! I lost it. I spoke with his mgr her mgr the regional and the director. I was sorry for this but he ended up losing that job because he had so many similar previous complaints that mine was the straw that broke the camels back!!!

Sorry this happened to you. But don't feel bad about it that's his job, if he doesn't know how to behave or act and they've counseled him on this and the bad behavior continues then it's his own fault. I bet he won't behave the same way on his next job, hopefully he'll correct his bad behavior.
