I think you just got a bad bag, I have 2 hamiltons and both are really stiff and have no bend at all. I just got my colorblock one though so I will watch to see what happens with it, but my tangerine one is still going strong.

Thanks ladies. It's so slouchy she'll just fall over... Crazy thing is that the weight of the lock made it cave in and left a huge crease. It really bothered me!

Funny thing is I went to Macy's to request an exchange and the lady inferred that I cldnt afford it, that's when I demanded to just return it and be done with it!

She says "oh was it the price?" Lol! I was like "No sure wasn't, I just replaced her with a $2200 bag." Little did she know but that MK was the cheapest bag I own!!!

I'm so sorry this happened to you. That sales idiot was so out of line. You should have asked for the manager and explained why you wouldn't be spending any more purse $$$ in their store. If she couldn't see it was purse failure, she is an idiot.

I have to be honest, it was concern over the weight of the lock that made me go name plate on the factory bag. But don't let one bad experience turn you off from the brand. It was a lovely bag.:flowers:

Thank you! I can be easily annoyed... But I thought she was out of line. She then insinuated that I must have left the bag in the hot car. I must have looked stupid to her!!!

That's too bad!!! I actually like a little slouch and I use a purse organizer to help hold the bag up--- this makes me want the saffiano more because the normal ones end up so flat, my dh calls it a dead dog!! I like the saffiano but have wanted a little slouch. Sorry it didn't work out for you, and what a wench of an SA!! I have had nothing but good experience with macys until last night I about lost it with an SA also!

I think you can get bad bags with every line, I have a LV speedy 30 Idylle Fusain that I am thinking about selling because it hangs kind of weird, beautiful bag but has an issue. Going to take it into LV see what they say about it, but I bought it a long time ago.
