She clearly mentioned there were 'silver marks' on it! And only asked 69.00!! You are lying about the letter from Michael Kors in New York. When you send them a bag and they deem it to not be authentic, they DO NOT return the bag back to you, it is destroyed, and they tell you this before you sent it in! How could you have returned the bag to her if MK kept it for being fake??? Your letter is the only thing that is fake here. Don't even bother to post it! And I am the one who said it had to be sent to New York and not a sales clerk. And do not call me sweety!! Because I am not a sweet as you think. And please use spell check, if you know how.

I will say again, after reviewing all the photos again, there is absolutely 100% no doubt in my mind that this is an AUTHENTIC Michael Kors bag. And as Cinthia has already explained, MK store clerks are by no means knowledgeable about every bag that MK has produced nor are they qualified to give an "expert" opinion since most of the clerks have been there a very short time. I don't understand why this buyer does not return the bag as the seller has offered if she is not happy with it, or convinced of it's authenticity. To drag an honest seller's name thru the mud just sickens me.

You did mention clearly, in the listing she just provided, that there were 'silver marks' on it. Just because you didn't realize it had been painted and thought it was rub wear, it still was mentioned CLEARLY!! You priced the bag very reasonably for this wear of 69.00!! The bag is authentic! She could NOT have sent it back to you had she truly sent it to Michael Kors. They DO NOT return fakes but destroy them and they tell you this before you send it in! Her letter is the only thing fake here. Anyone can make up a letter. THREE autenticators here have deemed the bag to be an authentic MK Austin bag.

Jojo, she did say she sent it to New York, however, they DO NOT return bags to you if they are not authentic. So the only thing fake here, is her letter.

Thank you so much

The auction was over in July..she won her case without me receiving the bag..she did receive a refund. about a month ago I received the bag in the mail but she told me I was 2 weeks away from getting a felony charge from her lawyer and also that Michael Kors was also going to press charges on me.

I am so sorry you had to go thru this. I don't think you have to worry about "Muchal Kirs" pressing charges on you!

On a more Positive note, I was a GUCCI vintage authenticator on this site in the GUCCI Forum for about 2 years and then I got way too busy to do it. Perhaps its time to go back and help...Pay it Forward if you will.:heart:

As far as that tape on the bag, it means NOTHING!! Most owners will do this at an estate sale, keeping track of the items for sale. That very well could also have been from the place that painted it. Just because it was painted, does not make it fake! All the hardware is correct and that bag is authentic!

You ought to send pics of the bag to '*****************.com' They are accepted by ebay and PayPal in a dispute. I am sure they will find the bag to be authentic. Then you can get this cleared off of your account. Buyers like this are such a pain. She could not have sent the bag back to you had MK actually deemed it fake, they would have destroyed it and not sent it back to her, PERIOD! Case closed! You might want to point that out to eBay as well.

Chances are, if she can only afford to buy used bags for 69.00, she can not afford any attorneys. She is just playing big shot and blowing smoke. This buyer is clearly throwing out idle, useless threats and has just busted herself out, here, because we all know 'Muchal Kirs' does not return fake bags once they are received, but destroys them instead and will even tell you this before you send them the bag. BUSTED!! lol!

Cinthia I am very sorry that you had to deal with this. I was just trying to prove that my bag was authentic..not to start something like this. I led her to the discussion to let her see that many people deemed it authentic. Also, I find it very odd that the person who purchased my lot of Coach bags..(who immediately after purchasing them un-registered themselves and had a 0 feedback rating) said that 2 were fake..Coincidence???

I wouldn't doubt it. She is just the 'type' to do such a thing. What a shame she has nothing else to do. This isn't right or fair, that have you to deal with this. Especially after selling authentic bags on eBay for 14 years!! And this one comes along and thinks she knows more about bags than you?? What a joke. She is clearly out to tarnish your account. I have a few tricks up my sleeve, of my own. When I get done, there will be nothing but smoke! I guarantee it!

I am VERY happy to help.You have always sold me beautiful authentic bags and I am NOT going to let her spoil that for me or your MANY repeat buyers that have been purchasing from you for years. It is good she saw that the authenticators here have deemed the bag authentic. Now you need to send it to 'authenticefirst.com' You can get a written statement from them for only 10 or 15 dollars. I am sure they too will deem it authentic as well, and ebay accepts them in a dispute. This will clear your account.

And I correct myself, you have over 6000 positive feedbacks!!! Not just 1000 like I stated in my original post! 6000 is amazing! I almost think you are worrying too much. Your record clearly indicates you are a stellar seller. Don't let this party worry you. I can only look forward to that kind of record. What a fabulous accomplishment and you should be proud of yourself! Seriously, don't let one bummer, slow you down in anyway. Just keep doing what you always have been. This will all come out in the wash.
