Both. In store you never know what's on sale like the black studded selma and at least your guaranteed you get the items while online you could get an email later that it's sold out. . & online usually they I get 20% off coupons on top of the sales going on.

That's the best part about online is stacking the discount, unfortunately I don't have a store near me so online is my only option. I recently had an order I placed online cancel because they ran out, but I chatted with an associate online and they ordered me another one from a store and honored my coupon too ! When I called a store to do that myself before talking to the associate, they store associate was so rude and said they wouldn't use my coupon.

Mine isn't that close either it's 30-45 mins away. Oh yes the store SA are so rude . They won't honor coupons at all

Good deal! I don't see it right now must be sold out. I will keep and eye out for one. I keep going to Ebay but no real deals on the pink one there. I want it with or without studs does not matter.

Sometimes sale event online and in store are not the same but they will do matching price if you can show them the price on Bloomingdales website, or ask them call to brand manager to give good deal
Lord and Taylor have sold Mk handbags and their price is very lower more than Macys or Bloomingdales

I agree with you. It all depends on SA in store .
