Someone said her skin is looking rough. I don't see that at all - she has gorgeous skin! She isn't covering it with foundation, letting her freckles show, and she doesn't look 22 anymore. Is that considered rough?

Yes, compared to her past photos. IMHO
It happens, we all grow old and our skin will not look as nice as before. I've been through her age when I see marked difference in skin texture in my own too.
