Doubt it. Heidi Klum had breast implants before, but she got rid of them when she was pregnant with her child. It's obvious Miranda's breasts are natural, otherwise, how would she be able to breastfeed her kid?

you can breastfeed with implants. it depends on whether your implants are for or behind your chest muscle.
