Miranda Kerr looks like perfection in a black and gold ensemble at the 2014 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Event held at Chateau Marmont on Tuesday (October 21) in Los Angeles.

The 31-year-old model was seen arriving at the event in a car before heading inside and surrounding herself with fellow fashionistas!

EXCLUSIVE: Miranda Kerr pictured at Malibu mansion with millionaire playboy and Liz Hurley's ex Steve Bing after rumoured romance with billionaire James Packer

She was thought to be dating Australian billionaire James Packer and was pictured boarding his super yacht in Spain just this August.

But now Miranda Kerr has been enjoying the company of another high profile businessman, Steve Bing, millionaire playboy and the father of Elizabeth Hurley's son.

Just three months after holidaying with Packer, the supermodel was seen spending time with the American property mogul, thought to be worth an estimated $600m, in Malibu, on Saturday evening, along with her young son Flynn.

The 31-year-old brunette beauty was pictured entering a mansion situated on Carbon Beach at around 6pm, holding her three-year-old in her arms.

Looking flawless in a pair of her signature skinny jeans, a black tank top and black flats, she was accompanied by an assistant and a nanny.

Not long after, Bing was also seen entering the property.

The grey-haired mogul was casual in a pair of baggy jeans, a blue T-shirt and black sneakers.

According to sources, Miranda had pulled up outside the home, located in the most expensive area of Malibu, with Bing arriving moments after her.

Her nanny and assistant left later in the evening at around 11pm with Flynn, taking the model's car with them and leaving the former Victoria's Secret Angel, who stayed on at the property with Bing.
