Heres what the 30-year-old model had to share in her first magazine interview since splitting with Orlando Bloom:
On being happy: If Im having a challenging moment, I jump for joy. Literally. After a minute, I feel better, and after a few minutes, Im really happy. Everything else just drops off. It gets me out of my head and into my body, and it makes me feel present. Everyone has challenges. But if you know your strengths and expand on them, youre going to radiate. Happiness is a choice we make. You can wake up and say, Oh, I cant believe its so cold, or you can say, Oh, wow, this is a great opportunity for me to try out my new sweater. No one can be consistently positive, but why not make the choice that makes you feel better rather than the one that drags you down?
On her mantra: One mantra I like: I am a being of light and love, and I radiate that to everyone I meet. It helps me keep things joyful.
On indulging: When you indulge, enjoy every minute of it, because thats the whole point! If youre like, Oh, I cant have this, but Im going to eat it anyway, how can you ever feel satisfied? Savor it and you wont feel like you want more.

She jumps for joy when she's going through a difficult time, seriously? So cheesy, and could she be any more of an airhead? I think she is stunning and couldn't look bad if she tried, but the more I hear her talk, the less I like her.

what a complete psycho... What she said about happiness, to me sounds like she’s saying she found her happiness when she split from Orlando Bloom. I mean the guy still talks about her with such grace and look what she says. I tried to like her, but I don’t know. I can’t find the appeal about her.

The mother-of-one opted for a self consciously demure look to jet out of Narita, Japan on Wednesday that was quite a departure - every pun intended - from her usual style.

Lol I saw that she was an airhead a long time ago when I was watching an interview with her promoting a VS product and she had no idea about the product. It's like seriously?
