Being away from your child is difficult for any working mum, especially when your job takes you all over the world.

Supermodel Miranda Kerr proved that there is no place like home when she was reunited with son, Flynn, in New York on Friday.

The perfect pair had a blast in Central Park as they ran and played together following the 30-year-old Victoria Secret Angel's latest globe-trotting trip to Paris.

She is normally the picture of politeness and poise when she's out and about at public events.

But on Wednesday Miranda Kerr showed a rather different side to herself when she was driven to the wrong venue during Paris Fashion Week.

The model was overhead blasting her driver and calling him 'stupid' as she hurriedly headed to a cafe to discuss her next plan of action with her assistant.

I'm sure the intent of this article coverage was to make it seem like Miranda is ungrateful for her driver or somewhat snobby. But in reality, I would be mad too. She has a job to do, the driver has a job to do. As a result of one person not doing his job, she is late for hers. That's incompetency. Would irritate me too. =/

Yeah but she shouldn't be calling him stupid if that part is true. That's unprofessional and uncalled for. Everybody makes mistakes. We all get through it. I would be pissed too but no need for name calling. That's the kind of stuff that can escalate into making a bad situation worse.

Took the words right out of my mouth.

Agreed. That's exactly what I was thinking.

Can't say I agree. If you can't even express your displeasure at incompetency, then you'll always be a doormat. I think the comment was warranted. It's real. Not scripted, unfiltered. I wouldn't mix up professionalism with being fake.

There's being fake and having a sense of decorum. It was tacky.
