does anyone know something about her diet. what she eats and what not?
She goes by a 80/20 rule, 80% healthy 20% indulgent. She eats healthy foods, lots of fresh organic produce, healthy poultry like fish and chicken, nuts to snack on, noni juice, tons of water, etc. She also eats accordingly to her blood type. This is all that I can think of off the top of my head, but I would research interviews that she has done to find more information about her diet! Hope I helped.
