Michael Kors Miranda expectations

Almost every purse I have ordered online had something not right about it except for the frankie mesh I received months ago, it was perfect. I'm really really picky and I need to inspect a bag from top to bottom. I don't apologize for being that way either. Its my money and I want a bag at least 99% perfect. If there is a defect, I want to be the one to say its fine and I also want money off LOL! Macys is the worst, they will send you anything. Scratched, bent, torn with stains etc... I don't care what I'm spending, I need to inspect in person several bags in the same style and color instore then choose the best just like ubo22 did with her miranda she ordered. If you can, order more than 1 of the same bag. Its expensive but worth it.

Here is my second go round with the carnation miranda. This one arrived with a dust bag. My only complaint would be how it was packaged and the inside looks like something was spilled. You can see from the second picture there is a crease. The suede lining is bumpy on the inside bottom.

It's beautiful!!!! Are you keeping this one? I'm thinking all of the Nordstrom Rack bags will have some flaws. But, can you live with them? The bag really is stunning.... :smile1:

I think I could live with everything that you mentioned except, maybe, the spill. It depends on how bad it is....

The crease should come out when you stuff the bag. The spill on the inside sounds bad, though. What do you think it is? The bumpy suede lining on the inside doesn't sound good, either. Do you think the suede was damaged by the spill? Is the bonding connecting the suede to the leather coming loose?

Since the crease is on the inside nobody will ever see it besides me. I'm thinking maybe if I put something heavy on the bottom it will fix it.

I think something got spilled and created the bumpy suede lining. It created the bonding to be separated from the leather. The suede on that side of the bag feels scratchy like it's not soft you can definitely feel something got spilled. The feet of the bag aren't scratched as you can see from 1 of the pictures 1 of the feet still had the protective sticker.

If the suede on the inside is not separating from the leather and only feels scratchy like there might have been a spill, you'll have to decide if that's something you can live with. Since it's on the inside, it wouldn't be a deal breaker for me. As long as there is no odor from the spill and its only a tiny section of the lining.

However, if the suede is separating from the leather, then that will only get worse over time. I wouldn't keep it in that case.

Can you post a photo of the inside?

Every time I view your photos, it always comes out sideways.
But then I am not sure if it's just me and my device?
Anyone else having the same problem or am I seeing things? :graucho:

BTW beautiful bag, I am drooling........

+1, let us know what you decide. Think once you stuff it the creases should come out.
