Hi - I am new to this and found a good deal on a vintage double flap and the description said it has "relaxed due to wear" and I was worried about purchasing. I thought that meant it has lost its structure. Is that not true? So "relaxed due to wear" not a bag thing? Thank you!

I'd go by pics and if price is good and pics look ok, take the risk

TRR. This is my second purchase from them. I previously purchased a vintage single flap jumbo with the big CC and they said it would come with a dust bag and they sent me a Louis Vuitton dust bag instead of a Chanel dust bag. They said they were looking for it. Today I was looking at a medium double flap 1994-1996 vintage bag and with what happened with my last purchase, it made me nervous to trust them.

I doubt they will find that dustbag. but if you got a good price on the bag, I wouldn't sweat it. Lots of preloved bags don't come with a dustbag. But I'm not a Chanel person so maybe it's more important to you.
From what I've seen here, TRR is hit and miss as far as condition. Some can be better than described and some worse. My two MJ bags were better than described and low prices.

Yes, I don't think they will find it. I did get the authenticity card with it. I just question someone putting a Chanel handbag into a LV dust bag. Not that one is better than the other, just the fact that someone didn't catch it. The description for the one I bought today says that it comes with the dust bag, box and authenticity card. I will see what I get. Thank you very much for your insight and help! I appreciate it!

OK so it is Chanel, most of us in the RM forum love slouchy leather, but it's really personal preference.
If you do find it too slouchy, you could always try a purse organizer to give it more shape.
